We hope all of our Benton Elementary families had a wonderful holiday season and a great start to the new year. As we move forward, please take note of the following important dates and reminders:
No School – Professional Development Day
Monday, January 19
Students will not have school as staff will be participating in professional development.
Kids Heart Challenge
Our Kids Heart Challenge, sponsored by the American Heart Association, is wrapping up on February 6.
If your child is participating, please ensure all packets are turned in to Mrs. Avery by this date. Thank you for supporting this important and meaningful program.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
February 9 | 11:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Parents are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher to schedule a conference.
The school will also reach out to families if there are concerns or issues that need to be addressed.
Kindergarten Registration
February 9 | 11:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Kindergarten registration will take place during parent-teacher conferences.
If you or someone you know has a child entering kindergarten, please stop by. We are excited to meet our newest Tigers and welcome them to Benton Elementary School!
